Companies that Kill it on Social Media
Straight up, I am going to just say Wendy's. Wendy's is absolutely killing it. They way they utilize twitter is pure genius. Obviously they are using humor to build a huge and free fanbase. People then like or retweet it and that just adds to the views. If you were to google 'wendys twitter', you would find so many articles about how the company is using their Twitter in humorous ways. Here is an example: They have messed with other fast food chains and even individuals on twitter. This is giving them a lot of free attention. Especially in the world we live in where a lot of people don't watch TV and some of the ones that do, forward through the commercials. Wendy's Facebook game is on point as well. It has taken a less comedically approach, but has taken to a different strategy to gain attention.They have asked questions to gain a response from it's customers and page fans.
